Terms of Service
Draft for review. This suggested copy needs legal review and completion of the provider, contact, governing-law, payment, and retention details before it is presented as binding terms.
1. Using Verseframe
Verseframe provides tools for creating synchronized lyric videos and related media outputs. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the audio, video, lyrics, fonts, artwork, and other material you upload or submit to Verseframe (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, copy, transform, and deliver Your Content and generated outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to upload and use Your Content, including rights to music, recordings, lyrics, visuals, typefaces, and the likenesses of people depicted.
4. Generated outputs
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or distributing them. Verseframe does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique, cleared for commercial use, or suitable for a particular platform. You must obtain any required permissions before using an output.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Verseframe to:
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, or abusive material;
- circumvent access controls, quotas, or security measures;
- interfere with the service or use it to distribute malware; or
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.
6. Intellectual-property reports
If you believe material on Verseframe infringes your rights, contact the designated notice address listed in the final published policy with enough information for us to identify the material and assess the report. We may remove or restrict access to content where appropriate.
7. Service availability and changes
Verseframe may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others have been violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, Verseframe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. The final published terms should state the provider’s agreed liability limits and any consumer-rights wording required in the jurisdictions where the service is offered.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
11. Contact and governing law
The final published terms must identify the legal provider, registered address, support contact, governing law, and dispute-resolution process. Do not publish this draft until those fields are finalized.
